Tripti Dimri, known for her role in the film Animal, has made a significant investment in Mumbai's real estate market by purchasing a bungalow off Carter Road in the Bandra West area. The property, which includes a ground-plus-two-storey structure, was acquired for Rs 14 crore, according to property registration documents accessed through IndexTap.com. The bungalow encompasses a land area of 2,226 square feet and a built-up area of 2,194 square feet. The transaction for this high-value property was officially registered on June 3, 2024.
Dimri also paid registration charges amounting to ₹30,000. The sellers of the property are identified as Cedric Peter Fernandes and Margaret Annie Marie Fernandes, although attempts to contact them for comment were unsuccessful. Similarly, an email inquiry sent to Tripti Dimri did not receive a response.
Tripti Dimri has been making waves in the Bollywood industry. In 2023, she starred alongside Ranbir Kapoor in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film Animal. Her popularity is on the rise, as evidenced by her recent inclusion in IMDb's list of Top 100 Most Viewed Indian Stars. Adding to her growing portfolio, Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar announced in May 2024 that Dimri will star in a new film titled Dhadak 2.

The real estate prices in Bandra vary widely, with rates ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹150,000 per square foot. These variations depend on several factors, including the age of the property, its location, and the available social infrastructure, according to local brokers. Tripti Dimri’s recent property purchase is a testament to her rising success and prominence in the Bollywood industry, as well as her investment in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after localities.
